Delivery

 All shipments abroad are sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to avoid local taxes and duties.

Regular service outside of Europe is approx. 2-8 business days. If you have any problems figuring out your shipment costs you are more than welcome to contact our Customer Care at info@skallstudio.com

 

VAT 

For UK customers VAT is included when shopping at uk.skallstudio.com

For Norwegian customers VAT is included when shopping at no.skallstudio.com

Please note; Orders delivered to countries outside of the EU has to go through custom clearance and it’s the customers own responsibility to pay the given taxes and duties.

Depending on the shipping destination, you will be responsible for paying local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, this is the customers own responsibility to pay.

Also note that transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation/refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
