You are always welcome to return your purchase within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations.

How to return

Create your return here

You always have to create your return on our return platform. 

• Log in to the return platform on the above link.
• You will then receive your UPS return label by email to use for your return.
• Pack the items you have registered in the return platform. 
• Remember to include the delivery note from your shipment. 
• Download and print your return label via the link in the return platform or email. 
• Cover the old shipping label on the package. 
• Visit a UPS drop-off point and hand in your package - if you do not have access to a UPS drop-off point, you can arrange pick up directly with UPS after creating the pre-paid label. 

The handling fee for a return is €15 and it will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.

It is also possible to return items in our physical stores on Store Strandstræde and Værnedamsvej.

Refund

Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a credit note. The refund amount will be returned to your account via the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on the card provider.

Exchange for something else
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. Fortunately, there is a simple solution: If you would like a different size or colour, or perhaps a different item altogether, simply return your items as described below and then place a new order.
