A tribute to movement, grace, and the poetry of the human form. For Pre-Spring 2026, Skall Studio draws inspiration from the world of dance, particularly ballet, jazz ballet, and modern dance where music and movement merge into pure poetry. This season, the collection celebrates both the strength and delicacy found in the body of a dancer. Feminine, elegant, and graceful, yet rooted in discipline, power, and control.The silhouette flows with the rhythm of a dancer’s line, fluid yet precise. From tailored shapes inspired by the form-fitting practice wear of ballet, to soft, voluminous pieces echoing the freedom of improvisational movement, each piece is a homage to the art of letting go and letting emotion guide the body.
The collection also introduces true to season styles in wool, masculine-inspired elements such as tailored wool checks and striped knits, that nod to the understated elegance of off-duty dancers. These pieces are inspired by the iconic German choreographer Pina Bausch and her personal style beyond the stage. Like many dancers, Bausch embodied a quiet coolness in her off-duty look, structured yet soft, unpolished yet deeply intentional.
As always, the collection is grounded in the Skall Studio universe: classic and timeless design with a focus on natural mono fibres and craftsmanship. Signature knitwear made in Denmark, GOTS certified denim in soft beige—evocative of the muted tones of a dance studio—and airy organic cottons echo the breath of a dancer in motion.
